About Us
How It All Got Started
Living along the beautiful coast of Maine, I’ve always been surrounded by a culture that values resilience, wellness, and caring for one another. Here in Maine, we believe in the power of natural products, healthy living, and showing up for the people we love — especially during life’s most demanding seasons.
But after sending both of my kids off to college, I realized something I hadn’t expected: they weren’t getting the nutritional support they needed to truly thrive in the college environment.
For the first time, I wasn’t just down the hall anymore. I couldn’t jump in with the everyday reminders and support that had always come naturally — even something as simple as, “Don’t forget to take your vitamins.”
As I looked for solutions, I was surprised to discover there were no multivitamins specifically formulated for college-aged students, despite the unique physical and mental demands they face. Between stress, inconsistent sleep, dining hall food, and busy schedules, their nutritional needs are different.
So I decided to create one myself.
VIMS was built to help students feel supported, energized, and cared for (even when home is far away) with the same thoughtful approach to wellness and resilience that inspired me here on the coast of Maine.
I hope this helps your family as much as it’s helped my family.
